Today it’s time for my third Healthy Blog Post. This last week was really exhausting, because I tried to push my self even harder at Cross Fit and to run faster than usual on my Friday run. I always run together with my dad, because it just motivates me so much more to work out with someone else.

Food wise I tried to try out a few new things. My brother Vito for example made a really nice green smoothie, which gives you so much energy, vitamins and is great for detoxing.
